  1. Scope
    These Terms govern access to and use of the website and checkout located at jmedgedigital.simoinho.com and any subpaths, including purchases of digital products such as courses, e‑books, printable worksheets, and downloadable files (the “Products”). By accessing or purchasing, the user agrees to these Terms and the referenced policies (Privacy, Refunds, Licensing)

  • Prohibited: redistribution, resale, sublicensing, uploading to public repositories, file‑sharing, or making Products available to third parties; removing copyright or attribution notices; automated scraping of course content; or using content to build competing services.
  • For team or classroom use, a separate license is required; contact support to request multi‑seat licensing.
  1. Payments, pricing, and taxes
  • Prices are displayed at checkout and may change prospectively; promotions and discounts may be time‑limited.
  • Payments are processed by third‑party providers; by purchasing, the user authorizes JMEdge and the processor to charge the selected payment method.
  • Where applicable, taxes or VAT/GST will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the billing details provided by the user.
  1. Refunds and cancellations (digital content)
  • Digital products are delivered instantly; set a clear policy: for example, a 7‑day refund window for first‑time purchases if under a reasonable usage threshold (e.g., less than 20% of lessons viewed or files downloaded) unless the Product page states a different policy.
  • Defective or non‑conforming digital content: If a Product is faulty (e.g., corrupt files, broken links), JMEdge will repair/replace or provide a refund within a reasonable time after verification, consistent with consumer‑protection guidance trends for digital content.
  • How to request: Contact ceo@jmedgedigital.com with order number, Product name, and issue description; JMEdge will confirm receipt and respond with next steps and timelines for resolution/refund to the original payment method when possible.
  • Exceptions: No refunds for downloadable assets after material use (e.g., significant downloads or completion) or for discounted bundles where any included item has been fully used, unless defective.
  1. Right of withdrawal and regional rules
  • Some jurisdictions recognize specific withdrawal/cancellation rights for digital content, which may be waived once the user consents to immediate digital delivery; JMEdge will present clear consent language at checkout where applicable.
  • Users are responsible for understanding local statutory rights; nothing in these Terms seeks to limit non‑waivable consumer protections under applicable law.
  1. Intellectual property
  • All Products, site content, logos, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to JMEdge and protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in the license above.
  • Claims of infringement: Contact ceo@jmedgedigital.com with details and supporting materials; JMEdge may remove or disable access to contested material pending review.
  1. User content (e.g., comments, reviews)

  1. Limitation of liability

  1. Term and termination
  • These Terms remain in effect while the user accesses the site or any purchased Product. JMEdge may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, or legal risks; termination does not limit JMEdge’s rights or remedies at law or equity.

  1. Governing law and dispute resolution
