    This policy applies to purchases of digital products sold directly by JMEdge Digital Limited on our website, including video courses, e‑books (PDF), printable worksheets, and downloadable code or resource files. It explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect after a request is approved.
  2. Instant digital delivery
    Most items are delivered immediately after successful payment via download link and/or account library access. Because access is instant, standard “change of mind” refunds generally do not apply. This helps protect the integrity of downloadable content and licensed materials.
  3. 7‑day satisfaction window (first‑time purchases)
    To support confident purchasing, JMEdge Digital Limited offers a limited 7‑day refund window on first‑time purchases of eligible products, subject to reasonable‑use limits:
  • Courses: No more than 20% of total lessons viewed.
  • Downloadables (PDF/ZIP): No more than 20% of included files downloaded.
  • Bundles: Eligibility is assessed at the bundle level; if any included item exceeds the usage limits, the bundle is normally not refundable.
    If a product page specifies a different guarantee, that product‑specific term controls.
  1. Defective or inaccessible content
    Regardless of section 3, a refund or replacement will be offered if files are corrupted, links are broken, or the content is materially inaccessible due to a fault on our side. Report issues within a reasonable time and allow us to repair or replace first. If we cannot resolve promptly, a refund will be issued.
  2. Exceptions (normally non‑refundable)
  • Discounted flash deals, final sale items, or free/bonus add‑ons.
  • Renewals or repeat purchases of the same product.
  • Significant or full consumption of the content (beyond the usage limits).
  • Issues caused by device incompatibility where minimum requirements were disclosed on the product page.

  • Reason for request and any error screenshots/logs (for defective content)
    We’ll acknowledge receipt and usually respond within 2–5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider.
  1. Partial refunds and fees
  • If a partial refund is appropriate (for example, partial bundle usage), it will reflect the value of the unused portion where feasible.
  • Payment processor fees may be non‑refundable; where the processor withholds fees on reversals, the refunded amount may exclude those fees unless the fault is ours.
  1. Access after refund
    When a refund is issued, access to the relevant product(s) is revoked and downloaded files must be deleted. Any associated licenses are terminated.
  2. Exchanges and upgrades
